As a responsible and respected contractor, our work consists of surveying the damage and recording (on site) the extent to which repairs are needed. We then provide a clear, written estimate of the damages according to Xactimate Estimating Program while interfacing with the owner and adjuster.
The owner, Mr. Fisher, has served in several mediations acting as either umpire or appraiser for disputed losses.
By hiring the appropriate subcontractors, coordinating all phases of the restoration and keeping communication open with both the owner and subcontractor, we at Fisher Construction and Restoration oversee all phases of the project to completion. We make adjustments in problem areas usually before they become problems, pay the subcontractors in a timely manner, supply equipment and assist the client in shopping for materials. By staying abreast of these areas we are able to keep on time and within budget estimates.
The outcome is complete satisfaction by the owner and the insurance company, avoiding costly delays while providing quality workmanship.
ALL WORK DONE BY FISHER CONSTRUCTION AND RESTORATION IS GUARANTEED FOR TWO (2) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF COMPLETION.
